The login redirect issue appears to be a caching issue after updating the plugin. It's important to delete the cache after updating any WordPress plugin.

I just tried this feature, and it works. The key is to uncheck the "Create or Edit Thread" then add the Thread ID to the WordPress meta box for the Thread ID.

A feature in XenWord for XF 1.x was adding the thread ID to the WordPress meta box during a WP post creation and making sure the post tied to XenForo. This thread is a test of that feature.

March 2, 2022 The userAlert was tossing errors at different times. It looks like a line for pulling the first post id was the culprit. I'll run the latest on this site and the main site to make sure that this bug has been fixed.
