Featured forum (wide) showing deleted threads

Hi there

This widget is basically showing links to threads that have been deleted and aren't visible. Is it possible to add something like WHERE discussion_state = 'visible' to the query? If so, I can't see where/how.

I assume this is (was?) a bug because the other similar widgets work fine.
