This is a lifetime license and does not require renewal. All new stable versions will be available for download with this license. This includes XenWord Pro 2019, which will support XenForo 2.1.
A purchaser of the lifetime license for XenWord is allowed to install XenWord on one site (including a WordPress multisite setup). All new releases will be available to the owner of the license.
Licenses are not transferable.
